I feel I can nod and say I completely understand where you're coming from. I have a journal that I used to write in often; usually when I was sad or lost, but not limited to that of course. The last time I wrote in that was just after my first son was born in 2005. Since then, I feel more complete and haven't had a need to write in there. It's like that chapter of my life concluded and a new one began. Of course I still have feelings of hopelessness,sadness and confusion, but I don't have the strong desire to pen it out either. I guess it just reminded me of what you've just written. Good luck Adam and best wishes for a full and happy future, what ever you decide to do.
