Just another thought… Weight loss doesn’t happen straight away, you know, 5 seconds after you finish your run… So, in theory it would take a couple of days for the effects (of the parties and the running…) to show on the scales. Oh and you know, Lucy’s gotta be right - it’s a muscle thing.
