incoherently rambling since 2003

I suppose that’s the most exciting thing that’s happened to me of late (and that my blood pressure is finally down to 120/68 which is nice). The world continues to do as it does, I continue to work, play and spend far too much time at the gym.

Kath are I are doing fantastically well, studying hard, working hard, saving hard, going out hard (except with no alcohol these days).

I’m not sure what I can really say to provide an interesting snapshot of my world and i’m absolutely confident that this phase will be looked back upon as the ‘things are just going well’ time when things really were just moving along as they’re supposed to and things are as they should be.

Planning some holidays, hopefully to NZ before the end of the year for Skiing with Kath, but other than that a few weekend trips, a few more trips for work and generally just rolling along at the same old pace I have been for the past three months.

Another 5 kilos of weight to lose before i’m at my goal weight, and then I will post a photo of what I look like, just so I can scare the shit out of some people :)….

Actually, in other news, I am now spending my life savings on a)getting my feet fixed as they are now starting to cause me dramas at the gym and will (if not repaired) cause me very serious dramas in later life and b)getting my (almost) perfect teeth fixed (they would have been perfect had I not smashed them against a pool concrete floor about 6 months ago.
Both of these things will wreak havoc on my savings but will give me a better quality of life, and in my books, in this boring stage of my life, that ain’t bad.

Have started talking to a few people again that I hadn’t spoken to in a long time, and that’s, in a measured amount and strictly head-above-water type way going really well. Other people I just *don’t* get the time to invest in keeping in much better contact (Matt, Jasey, Mel, Terrie!), though I do get to hear your stories and I do miss you all dearly, so please keep them coming. They really do bring a smile to my face and make me wish I could be everywhere at once.

With love and peace and all that exciting bullshit, I bid you adieu.

Loving all your work
Adam
