- Yes, i’m still alive

What else…
- I weighed 107kgs, nearly cried and decided that i’m finally going to the gym
- I now go 4 days a week (including a psychotic ‘pump’ class of which the torture I will not explain)
- I work about 11 hours a day (though did finally crash out last week when I just couldn’t do it anymore)
- I’m still with Kath, still very very happy
- Still haven’t come anywhere even near close to saying the ‘L’ word. And it’s 7(?) months in.
- Yay for us - Parents are back travelling the countryside
- I’ve driven my car many more miles than i’d expected
