Received via SMS in the early hours of this morning.

Sleep began around 6pm last night. Still fully clothed, on top of the bed and with the light on, I was dragged into the underworld of mixed dreams, slightly blocked sinuses and a seemingly neverending sore throat.
I’m exhausted emotionally and physically, and finally the walls are starting to crash down around me. Thankfully the project is going well, and the hard work and dedication has come off in a successful fashion. I however, now need some serious physical and emotional TLC to get myself back on track, and time is running out, Christmas is almost here!
Right now I just want to be alone, but I have so much time I need to dedicate to the basics that the simple acts of being with myself and my own thoughts is almost a distant memory.
