Extreme visitations, Killing Bill, Tangents and who is Adam?
NOTE: This post has been written at three different times, but i’m keeping it under one post.
Part 1
That is the question i’ve been pondering over the past couple of days, since i’ve looked at the stats, and this page is getting about 165 hits a day.
Now that in itself is quite exciting (yes, I, like everyone else, loves the attention!), but it’s also made me feel rather guilty about what I say and how I say it (read: I swear like a trooper with a mouth that you couldn’t clean with borax).
So, does one change their style, adapt or conform to the idealisms of the blog-reading public, or do I continue with my incoherent diatribes, with a cocaine-like splash of style and splendour that comes from a post by Eve, Matt or Wonton?
I actually don’t have the answer, but can honestly say that I want to change my writing style, though I think that may defeat the entire purpose of having this page here in the first place.
I have browsed through some of the sites (in particular Divine Tigs) and went through their lists of “Other blogs that get my reading attention” to see how my corner of the universe stacks up.
How in [insert religious diety here]‘s name did I get to be on their list(s) of sites they like to visit!…. I’m more than happy to say that the quality of my writing doesn’t come within earshot of my hyperlinked counterparts.
I’m drafting this post tonight, but will leave the publish until tomorrow, whereby I will sleep on an idea to possibly draft more often/post less often. *smile*
